Shipping costs will vary depending on location. All licenses and additional modules are estimated over a 36-month period and will be payable in advance for that period at time of purchase. After the first 36 months the license will switch to an annual rolling contract. Our costs do not include constructing any interior/ exterior walls or wall surface to project onto or structures to mount hardware to. The Purchasers will be responsibility for physically installing any equipment supplied (for example attaching projectors to your own ceiling mounts or sensors to walls).
Our installation support, be it remote or attended will only extend to initially activating the NeoXperiences system assisting with setting up initial software and calibration assistance and initial training how to use the NeoXperiences software.
